Cogent Mosque Videos & the Perfect Storm

Thanks to Jimmy Z of the Jimmy Z Show for this bright list of great video and audio clips!  The one at the end is rather a pleasant and fitting honor to Arizona, the state and the battleship (although the “zeroes” look more like American bombers…).

Christians tend to put monuments in places where martyrs died or places of great sacrifice.  Is the mosque, a conquest of sorts (“Cordoba” House) a monument to an Islamic victory as the Muslims do with their monuments??? (h/t KT McFarland)

My contention remains that without a NATIONAL reliance on God, the problems the United States is facing will be insurmountable, no matter who gains the Congress this November.  These problems were described perfectly on Glenn Beck today as:

  1. the Middle East
  2. the Economy
  3. Civil Unrest
  4. Us – enemies within
  5. the Border
  6. Energy

Beck described these together as “the Perfect Storm” if they occur in unison.  Neither a Republican majority, nor any Tea Party will be able to solve these problems.  Therefore, sans a Divine entry into this mess, through the prayers of millions of Americans who care about our nation, we are liable to lose the freedoms we’ve enjoyed and our children and grandchildren will no longer call them theirs, or even recognize them!  President Reagan referred to them as once lost, not ever to be regained.  PLEASE PRAY for our country.

Pretty Simple

God speaks a lot about the fate of nations and those who don't support His people, Israel. It's in His Word, called the Bible. If folks would like the "Readers' Digest" version of how God treats those who badly treat His people (and how He disciplines His chosen ones as well), read the prophet Isaiah. It's only 66 short chapters and has battles, slaughters and lots of action scenes to keep you interested and awake. There's even a little poetry and some verses you're sure to recognize. If you're not up to that, just read this: ~~~ Genesis 12:3 (NIV) "I will bless those who bless you (meaning Israel), and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.” ~~~ I'd take it seriously, since God's purposes will NOT be thwarted.
